Deliciously Entertaining Theater in Lake George NY

Mission Statement

Lake George Dinner Theatre’s mission is to continue the time-honored tradition of quality dining and professional live theatrical entertainment in a uniquely intimate setting that honors the artistic value of lively storytelling. In fact, at 90 to 120 seats, none of which are more than 35 feet from the stage, we are the most intimate professional dinner theatre in the United States. Lake George Dinner Theatre is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit.

Our History

Lake George Dinner Theatre was known as "Towers Hall Playhouse" when it first began back in 1968 with performances in the Fort William Henry Hotel in Lake George. In 1976, we joined forces with the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George, and Lake George Dinner Theatre was born. Two years later, in 1978, we became a professional Equity theater, and in 2016 we became a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization under the name of Lake Theatre Productions.
